Shakespeare’s Secret Written by Elise Broach.

A 6th grade girl named Hero who s is barked at (after all she does have a dog’s name for her name) on her first day of school is bound to have a rough school year. Fortunately the cutest 8th grader around named Danny teams up with her to find a missing diamond hidden somewhere in her house.

This was a good story with history and mystery woven together with middle school relationships.  Do you think it was realistic?

This was one of my favorite books! I loved how realistic it was, yet it still had a really great plot. I thoought the facts included in it were really interesting about Shakespeare and Edward De Vere, again they were not put in a boring way

I thought it was cool how a real popular, good looking guy, was romantically interested in a younger, average looking girl. A little unrealistic, but still nice to hear about every once and awhile.
