6th Grade Orientation
It is great to see all of the new 6th graders visit the media center for the first time. We will use the interactive remotes for the very first time in the the media center for this orientation. Let me know what you think and what we should do to improve orientation for next year.

September 5th, 2007 at 11:49 amThanks Mrs. Mayo for our orientation to the Media Center. I think we have a great bunch of students who are excited about reading! We will be looking forward to future booktalks to inspire even the reluctant readers out there.

September 26th, 2007 at 12:05 pmI think Ms. Mayo did a great job with the orientation. I love the media center! The selection of books is awesomwe and they have so many by my favorite authors! At my elementary school we could only check out two books but I’m so happy we can check out five!!!!

I LOVE 6th grade! I lpve switching classes and having a chance to work with other teachers. All the teachers here are really really nice. I also, like how we can sit where ever we want. I think 6th grade is way better then elementary school!
February 23rd, 2008 at 9:41 amI like how the administration runs the cafeteria amd not the lunch ladies. At my elementary school they only had two lunch ladies supervising the kids and no one would listen to them and they never would do anything about it. So, my cafeteria was always really noisy and pure crazines.
