Research Time!
Students in every grade have been doing a lot of research lately. We have had 7th graders research Islamic achievements, 6th graders researching a wide variety of topics from their social studies class, and 8th graders finding information about people. So the media center has been a busy place lately. My question for you today is what do you hate about doing research during school? What is difficult? What is easy? Now is your time to vent and let us know what the research experience is like from your point of view.

I hate doing research in school because you feel rushed and you feel like you don’t have enough time. Sometimes it is difficult to do research becuase sometimes you don’t find what you are looking for. It is sometimes easy too because there could be really great books or websites.
That is what I think of doing research.
i hate doing reasearch in school because if don’t get enough information i feel like i am behind
I dont like it because you are restricted in the websites that you can go to, but i do like it because it is fun to learn about new interseting things
it is sometimes hard to find stuff on your topic and sometimes when you go to the carrol county library they dont all ways have stuff on your topic and if you have a computer but somtimes you cant go on the websites you want to.
I pretty much agree with everyone else, there is no freedom. You can only go to certain websites, during a certain time, and you must have this much done by the end of this session,you can only research on certain dates in SMS’s media center. The list of the lack of freedom could go on and on.
